{patient name removed} had an appointment with Dr. Cho. The visit was both crucial and valuable since {patient name removed} did not know the origins or the implications of the condition she had. Dr. Cho was most specific in describing the possibilities and also what and why follow-on labs and x-rays were needed. Dr. Cho, during this visit, discovered a condition associated with {patient name removed} heart and provided a very good and comprehensive diagnosis and prognosis. In addition, It was clear Dr. Cho was able and willing to give {patient name removed} as much time and attention that she needed. {patient name removed} walked out of Dr. Cho's office clearly knowing what she was facing and what the treatment plan was and also any potential repurcussions. She felt confident and assured under Dr. Cho's care. She very much appreciates having Dr. Cho on the UCI staff.

Dr. Melcher was wonderful. She explained everything to me about my chart and what I can expect from future lab testing, etc. She was very friendly and so was her nurse. Her nurse put me at ease immediately. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Regarding the washing of hands, I simply didn't pay attention. There was no appropriate answer for my response. My experience with Dr. Melcher was so enjoyable!

Dr. Melcher took a long time to ask questions, explain her reasons for asking, cleaned up duplicates in my file and provided me with follow-up action items, so I could be an active participant in my health and well-being. Her time and attention and overall approachability and friendliness is much appreciated!

This is my very first appointment and I was really impressed with the doctor. And I have another appointment with her with the follow-up, not the follow-up, the continuation appointment which is next week. And I'm really looking forward to this. And I have hopes that this doctor will be treating me well. Thank you.

I was very impressed with everybody at UCI Tustin for their friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. I loved Dr. Melcher! Extremely thorough with her questions, amazing listening skills, and off-the-charts in professionalism balanced with empathy. I had a great experience - first time I have ever had a doctor take a good 40-45 minutes just to get to know me and my medical history.

My primary doctor is really good and nice. The automated appointments always give me the wrong room number.
