I took my mom and aigned her in. We waited for 2 hours even though we came earlier than our scheduled appointment. Only when I asked the man at the desk what was taking so long did he realize that he didn't even check her in. They called me to reschedule the appointment while I was there. The doctor herself took a very long time talking about irrelevant things. She wrote my mom highly addictive medications even though she told her that she felt no pain and her blood work was good. The symptoms were extremely dangerous like hallucinations and suicidal thoughts. Its a good thing we did our research and threw it all out. My mother is 66 year old and even though she couldnt find any serious medical concerns she started digging about her miscarriage back when she was in her 20s. I want to warn other patients because I feel a religious duty to do good for people who are seeking medical assistance. Please find someone else for your safety. Good luck.

unprofessional
Had an appointment, running late, attempted to call the office on multiple times driving there. Spoke with someone explained my situation, arrived 14 mins late. Arrived at the office and was told the doctor has left. Speaking of past appointments where I have waited 1 hour plus to see the physician. My appointment was 4:30pm and was turned away. Would never recommend anyone to her, her office staff is sub par and not caring at all. This was not a routine check up, I had issues with numbness, weakness and all of this was explained and still was given 'the doctor left'. I was told to go to urgent care, unacceptable! I am an RN and obviously work in the field, I will be sure to get the word out that this experience was not acceptable.

Waiting is sometimes up to five hours. For patients it's a long and exhausting wait. I think someone from the association board or its members should take some kind of action in reference!
