I have been seeing Dr. Chuzhin for several years and like her very much. However the method of booking an appointment for her and for a bone density scan is completely inefficient. Instead of checking with the x-ray department before scheduling the office appointment they simply made the appointment and had me call x-ray directly. When x-ray had nothing it meant calling the office back then calling x-ray back. This is all done by leaving messages and waiting for a call back. Very frustrating.

I have been a patient of dr. Chuzhin’s for many years. She is very knowledgeable, takes her time with you, and is caring. However, her office staff is just awful. They rarely return phone calls, don’t follow up with patients requests. I have been extremely frustrated and angry during these times. They need to do their jobs.

When I was diagnosed with Myositis I expected Dr. Chuzhin to help me. She didn't do anything or suggest treatment during office visits. My neurologist spoke with her also & he was ignored. By the time I reached Johns Hopkins I was literally weeks away from death & told that they had treated over 1000 patients with this disease & never saw a case of such neglect. This can be confirmed by Dr. Lisa Christopher-Stine at Hopkins.
