I changed PCPs in search of a provider that listens. I brought a lot of issues to Dr. Palacio's attn at the appointment, mostly resolved, or actively being worked with another provider. But, he picked up on the two I were concerned about and made an action plan.

Not likely
I think he is probably fine with physical ailments, but I brought my son to see him to hopefully get him on some anti depressants because he is going through a divorce, has a brain injury and poor coping skills, and all the psychiatrists we had called had waiting lists and couldn’t see him for months. My son was talking about suicide. Dr Palacio said divorce is situational depression and refused to prescribe anything. A week later my son attempted suicide and is now in a mental hospital.
