Mine keeps disappearing
She was rude and mean and lied about things she had not said. She keeps taking down my more detailed reviews. We have never been treated like she treated us and we should have walked out. Suffice it to say my score is minus 1000 plus. Doctor or not she did not treat me well at all

My physical therapy
I want to thank you for the recommendation of restore, physical therapy. It has helped me immensely I want to thank you Karen for recommending Michelle Lorraine. She’s just wonderful wonderful thank you for the recommendation. Everything is working great that woman knows her stuff. I feel like I’m getting my life back. Thank you, Karen.

Office is the problem - not the doctor.
Dr. Taylor is very nice. However, the office staff is difficult to work with. They always seem upset about something. It is so difficult to get a call back or information about test results. When I asked for help with the patient portal I was told to call "CENTRAL BILLING". I asked for the phone number. No one had it and they were clearly irritated that I asked.

What a Doctor Should Be.
Dr. Taylor spends time with her patients. She looks at you and listens, not bury her head in a computer. She is compassionate, polite and very competent. I highly recommend her as a clinician and one who does not rush colonoscopies.

I had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Taylor and I can tell you that if you are looking for someone competent, talented and who can communicate clearly how will be the procedure, that's Dr. Taylor and her team! I'm really pleased with her. Everything went smooth!
