Dr. Caprice Thompson, DO

I have never experience a doctor who could care less. My daughter suffers from a rare chronic medical condition that only effects 2 percent of the U.S. population. Despite the severity of her condition and our efforts to communicate her needs, Dr. Thompson showed minimal effort in understanding her medical history, dismissed key concerns, and failed to provide appropriate treatment . This negligence resulted in unnecessary suffering for my daughter, exacerbating her symptoms rather than alleviating them. It is deeply troubling that someone with such an apparent disregard for patient care is practicing medicine. The fundamental duty of a healthcare professional is to help, heal, and advocate for their patients, yet this doctor’s actions—or lack thereof—contradicted those principles entirely. I strongly advise that if she is assigned to your case at Sharp Grossmont, ask for reassignment.

Shocked at how rude and without passion this doctor was. Not patient friendly at all. Horrible bedside manner and should not be speaking to patients. Patients and their families should not have to tolerate this when seeking help or medical advice. I would search for any other doctor rather than be subjected to her attitude and lack of empathy

She was rude and obnoxious. Avoid at all costs. Lacks compassion and empathy for patients. Stop flipping your hair and learn how to empathize with people.
