Telehealth
I started with CCRM in September after 3yrs of visiting multiple other IVF offices in South Florida. CCRM was able to give me a consult appointment very quick. After our consultation with Dr. Potts we felt we had truly found our IVF home. He helped us feel cared for and was attentive with that 1st telehealth phone call.From Ashley in the front desk all through Devyn, Samantha, Wendy in the back end. Everyone, when I mean everyone was amazing!! Every email, every question answered in a timely fashion. No attitude, no malice, no anger like other places. We started our IVF treatment in November and had our retrieval in December. During my 2wks of stims, while going in to get my check ups, I was able to meet Dr. Bardos and Dr Weldnan! All amazing!! The care, attention & bedside manner has been impeccable since day 1! We are so happy to had made the switch and recommend CCRM to everyone. Please don’t waste your time going somewhere else! If your unhappy somewhere, please make the switch!

For such an overwhelming experience Dr. Potts and the staff at CCRM have been nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, thoroughness, communication, and bedside manner have made this experience a pleasure.

Dr. Potts and the staff are so kind. As I was having my ultrasound done, he was explaining what the screen was showing so that I was able to understand what I was seeing. I have been to other clinics that don't explain what is happening so clearly. CCRM is really great!
