Maggie G, PA, is great no complaints about her , doctor Hernandez I only met him once and it was the day of the laparoscopic surgery and never saw him again. The people, the staff , and administration is a hot mess. Getting a call back, wasn’t easy, but nothing like the way they make you waste your time. You’re supposed to call when you’re on your period because everything is based around that, but only if you’re lucky do you get an appointment on time. One day, after I had my first ultrasound post surgery, and asked if it was the right time to start taking the medication , my nurse Anay in Miramar had no clue and got defensive the more questions I asked. Mind you it was my first time starting any fertility treatment and I needed education. One thing I found peculiar was that they gave me no choice, but to use their specialty pharmacy :SMP. This pharmacy is cash only they rarely take any insurance, so good luck paying all of your expensive fertility medication‘s out of pocket. A scam!

He made me feel very comfortable. Went to the Coral Gables office in South Miami. Everyone I spoke to was so nice especially Alexis in the OR. Long waits but so worth it for the quality of service I would say.

Hi All, Maybe Dr. Hernández is better at dealing with fertility, I don’t know. But he is not very attentive with patients who are having uterine fibroids removed. Very long story short, some promises were not kept. His staff are all disorganized and just awful. Full story on google reviews. Thank you

Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Hernandez-Rey and his medical partners and nursing staff are. Myself and my wife have been going through a long stressful journey facing challenges of infertility for the past few years with two prior unsuccessful IVF procedures 2018 and 2019.... Previously we were seen by another well known IVF Physician group in Kendall / Baptist area, and we were hesitant to try new doctor bc of stressful process , failed ivf x2 and became somewhat hopeless overwhelmed and frustrated.... We heard about Dr Hernandez-Rey success from numerous work colleagues in Miami who successfully had ivf pregnancy and were very happy with his office care and nursing staff and so we decided to go for a consult 1 year after our last failed ivf procedure... I can tell you right off from the very first consult we had with Dr. Hernandez he and his staff, nurses , health practitioners reviewed our entire chart , radiographs and did a comprehensive exam thorough history and critic

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Hernandez-Rey and the whole personnel at Conceptions Florida. I recommend them 100%. After years and years of trying to get pregnant and a very negative experience with another Fertility Doctor which made me waste 1 year of my life and left me completely devastated, my OB-GYN recommended Dr. Hernandez-Rey and I am so glad I listened. Since day 1 Dr. Hernandez-Rey listened to me and took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions and I am so happy to say that after one IVF Cycle, I am now 9 weeks pregnant! I was starting to lose hope until I came to Conceptions Florida. They have made my dreams come true and they were so pleasant in the process.

No connection with patients. I felt that all he wanted to do was IVF, and was not open to their options. Kept on talking about being on a magazine.

My wife and I underwent infertility treatment at Conceptions Florida this past year, and we couldn't be happier with the service, level of professionalism, and overall care we received. The nurses were great in getting back to us with instructions and answering all of our questions. They even helped us find a few discounts on the medications we needed for treatment, which really helps when you are spending so much already! Amazing staff, BEAUTIFUL office, and knowledgeable Doctors. My husband and I weren't ready to have a baby just yet, but we knew that being in our mid 30's, and suffering from PCOS, we had to make a decision on our future fertility. Doctor Hernandez-Rey made us feel so comfortable and in control of our treatment plan! We now have healthy babies frozen and just waiting for US to be ready to start our family! Very thankful for this office and everyone who works there.

Dr Hernandez-Rey was recommended to me by a friend and he has been exceptional. I went to him because I had heard from several sources that he is one of the best at treating infertility. He is very direct, reassuring and kind. He does not waste your time and gives you a plan of action which was very important to me. His staff is super friendly and they always make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend him!

Dr. Hernadez Rey is amazing he is sooo loving and welcoming. He makes you feel like you’re long time friends and makes dreams come true. He’s honest and let’s you know exactly what is being done to you and what to expect. My partner and I Always felt at home with the whole stablishment, everyone was always warm, friendly and caring. I can’t wait to back and show them the miracle Dr. Hernadez Rey and staff made come true.

The staff of this office is awful to deal with. They never return voicemail messages or respond to appointment requests made through their online web portal, and they seldom actually answer the phones during business hours, so it is virtually impossible to schedule an appointment. After weeks of trying (leaving messages with no response), I finally got through to them and was told by the incredibly unhelpful person who answered that the soonest appointment they had was 2 months out.

I liked the doctor's attentiveness. Doctor Hernandez-Rey took time to gather the pertinent information from me and map out a tentative plan of action. I am looking forward to our next steps in the process.

Best doctor and office I've been a patient of. Dr. Hernandez-Rey is knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and all-around amazing. His expertise helped improve my condition - and because of him, we have a beautiful, fun and incredible little girl. Going for round 2 now and I'm excited to be working with Conceptions Florida again :)

I can honestly say that I have never been to a doctor where EVERYONE is so caring and professional. I can honestly say Dr. Hernandez, is truly empathetic, caring, professional and very accessible despite his busy schedule. More than any other doctor I have gone to see. Whenever I had a question even if I did not have an appointment with him, he took the time to speak to me. Loved going to that office because I knew i would be treated like a person and not a # or dollar sign.

What an amazing experience! After years of trying to conceive and having very bad experiences with other physicians we finally were referred to Dr Hernandez-Rey. I could not be more grateful. My husband and I commented after every visit that we felt he cared for us on a more personal level than just a patient. He took a genuine interest.
