Dr. Lee was great explained my procedure fully and clearly. Dr lee set my mind at easy by explaining the process and what to expect. Dr Lee did not disappoint in anyway shape or form. My recovery was right on point and just over six weeks I am back to normal.

I am a 76 year old male and in early 2020 I started developing upper neck pain. It got progressively worse and by early 2021 I started going to a pain management clinic. I had the shots and the ablations and the relief was very short lived. At this point I was taking 3 morphine pills a day and still no relief. The physician at the clinic suggested that I see Dr. Bryan Lee from Barrows Brain and Spine. Had the appointment with Dr. Lee, proceeded with the required tests and surgery was scheduled for July, 2021. Dr. Lee performed the spinal fusion and since that date I haven’t even needed to take an aspirin. There is absolutely no pain. Dr. Lee is a brilliant surgeon and I have recommended him to anyone in the neighborhood that has had any type of spinal problems. There is one other interesting characteristic of Dr. Lee, unlike most surgeons Dr. Lee has an exceptionally pleasant personality.

Dr.Lee performed a multiple cervical fusion on me. Before the procedure the pain was unbearable. It has now been 6 weeks since my surgery and I could not be more pleased. There is no reason to live with debilitating neck pain, call and set up an appointment today you won't be sorry. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and a leader in his field and is pleasant and willing to address any and all questions.

I had been suffering from low back pain for almost three years and the nerve injections were no longer working towards the pain relief. Dr. Lee performed a lumbar fusion on 04/20/2022 and I became pain free. I had to wear a back brace and my daily activities were limited to only walking and sitting upright in a chair until 06/02/2022 at which time I disposed of the back brace for good and have started physical therapy to get my strength back. I can't say enough about the personal care received from Dr. Lee, his assistant, Amy and the rest of the staff. Dr. Lee's compassion and attention towards making sure the pain was gone following the surgery was the best I had ever received from a surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Bryan Lee to anyone in need of spinal care or surgery.

I was referred to Dr Lee. for my pain and paralysis in my leg. I had basically been bedridden for a year due to this pain. I couldn’t walk more than a few steps without falling or sitting for more than 15 min without debilitating pain. Dr Lee was kind and explained the process of needing an ALIF L4/5 fusion with a spacer to stabilize my spine. My teenage son was with me and he explained in great detail to both of us what was going to happen. Day of surgery 4/12/22 he came in & said his hellos and explained again what he was doing.. Going in through the front & possibly the back Incase more stability was needed. The morning after I woke up and was able to walk again.. I could feel my toes on my foot.. I was walking laps…I was able to sit & spend time with my friends and the only thing that hurt was my stitched from laughing…I am getting my life back. The only thing I have to worry about is not doing too much too soon.. Can’t thank you enough.. Expect to see holiday cookies for life

I wasn’t able to walk or stand for more than 5 minutes without nerve pain. Dr Lee performed a lumbar fusion and all my pain is gone! He is a caring physician, takes the time to really explain the procedure, made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. He gave me my quality of life back! Cherry on top..his office staff is WONDERFUL!!

Dr Bryan S. Lee is a most impressive neurosurgeon and I am very grateful for his expertise. The result of the surgery he performed on my spine on 1/14/22, has given me a pain-free future. I originally consulted with him for sever pain in my lower spine that resonated down my left leg, into my foot. Dr Lee identified a slipped disc and spinal stenosis at L4 and L5. I decided to proceed with surgery, but had to wait 4 months because of the demand for Dr Lee’s serviceWhile taking care of the issues discussed, he also identified that a nerve was being impeded by a cyst with roots, that had grown, since reviewing my MRI. He carefully removed all the roots and cyst. After surgery Dr Lee reassured me that the operation was a success and that he removed the cyst and all roots and it would never grow back. Dr. Lee performed my surgery on 2/16/2022, I want to inform anyone who may require any type of spine surgery to seek out Dr. Lee. I am so in awe of his skills and the results that I am experiencing after my surgery. It is my honor and privilege to recommend Dr Bryan S Lee for any spine surgical needs that you may have. I had the unfortunate luck of suffering a stroke in December pf 2020 and a subsequent heart attack in January of 2021. Both events caused hard falls that damaged my spinal cord. MRIs showed 4 vertebrae that needed fusion surgery to correct. I was initially referred to another neurosurgeon when I was discharged from the hospital. After wasting over 6 months this surgeon refused to schedule the surgery that I required. Fortunately, my PCP then referred me to Dr. Lee. He and his team developed a plan that concluded with very successful fusion surgery in March 2022!

DR. Lee and his team were amazing! Our father, 74 years old, needed emergency surgery due to a spine tumor that was an incidental finding at a Pain Centers of America. Within 24 hours, we went from thinking he had arthritis pain, to having Dr. Lee and his team schedule his team for surgery that night. Dr. Lee was not only extremely clear and personal in explaining in detail everything that we should expect, but he showed genuine concern and a sense of urgency in performing the surgery , as every minute was a higher risk of paralysis for our father. The surgery was a success, and Dr. Lee went above and beyond to create the connections further with an oncologist , as radiation therapy was absolutely necessary to prevent the cancer from spreading further. I was referred to Dr. Lee for my cervical condition. I had a C6-C7 fusion 25+ years ago that was a HUGE success. Living my life over the past 25+ years with weight lifting, hiking, and a few car accidents, resulted in 2 of my discs herniating and pressing against my spinal cord. After 10+ years of pain management treatment, it was time to do a 2-level fusion. The anxiety I was living with before my surgery, always worrying over "what might happen" has been eliminated.
