the level of care and attention I receive from Dr. Jeffries. He is not only a skilled ophthalmologist but also a perfectionist in his work. Dr. Jeffries takes the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and address any concerns I may have. What sets him apart is his holistic approach to patient care. He genuinely cares about my overall health and well-being, not just my eyes. I appreciate that he focuses on me as an individual rather than being influenced by external pressures from organizations or establishments. My experiences with Dr. Jeffries have always been enjoyable and I highly recommend him as an eye doctor.

This would have been our second visit. However, we asked for our self paid cash payment back. Dr. Jeffries was about 20 minutes late. He didn’t greet us or acknowledge he was late. When asked about it he asked if we wanted the appointment or not.

I have been to this doctor several time. It has been my best experiences with several different optometrists and opthalmologists in Atlanta. He gets an overall picture of your health status at each visit. He explains things clearly and is very patient. He is easy to talk to and answers all questions. His office is always clean and organized and he is always impeccably dressed and well groomed. I wish all doctors looked as clean and is as organized as he is.

Dr Jefferies was very rude to the office staff who were trying to take care of my insurance. He tried to teach them "to be polite" as if they were children. He was rude and out of line. They were not impolite to him though--That's how I could see that this is a not a person I would trust to treat me. The stars are not completely applicable since I was not treated. However, I had no choice since there was no N/A. While in another conversation, this doctor seemed very cold as well.
