Long time, highly satisfied patient
I've been a patient of Dr. Chung's for over 15 years. I've long been highly satisfied with my service, wait times, follow-ups, the full staff of other doctors, even Saturday office hours! I can't recommend Dr. Chung's practice highly enough.

Waste of an annual exam
The front desk is focused on collecting payment and will badger you to leave your card on file for them to process charges. The medical assistant was hacking without a mask and right into her hand, then came over very close to me, to the point she was pressed against my leg to fill out paperwork. The doctor was nice enough during the physical discussion, but once the bloodwork returned, he was extremely dismissive about results out of range, saying no one ever has everything in range. The only thing they leave you with is their basic pamphlet to not drink and buckle your seat belt, listing a bunch of random statistics of deaths by age group and leading causes. If you have any additional questions, they have very clear paperwork in the office noting it will require another office visit and charge. Definitely will not be coming back and disappointed in prior reviews stating overstating the quality of this medical establishment.

What could be improved
  • Didn't listen or answer questions

  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions

Worst PCP I've Ever Seen By Far
In June I got an HMO where I had to choose a new primary care doctor, and saw great reviews of Dr. Chung, so I chose him. I had a physical there in June and another visit a couple of weeks ago because I had some additional medical issues. In both of these appointments, the treatment I received from Dr. Chung was awful, and came nowhere near the standard of care one would expect from their primary care physician. Your health and wellbeing are so important - which is why it's so important that you never become a patient of Dr. Chung's.On my first visit, the annual physical, Dr. Chung spent a total of 4 minutes in the room if I'm being generous. After going through the regular PCP motions, he asked me if I had any questions or concerns about my health, of which I had a few and wanted to ask him about. But when I did attempt to ask him about each of these concerns, he rebuffed me, saying he didn't have time to address them and that I would need to make another appointment to address the
