Avoid this Practice
This practice should be avoided if at all possible, and I will explain why I feel that way as a former patient. The short version on why I left is that the doctor and the staff over the phone told me two completely different things, and then treated me with zero regard as a patient or a human being when I asked for some consideration. The longer version is this: I was a patient at this practice for about 4 years. It kind of felt like I was on a conveyor belt, but really only needed to go in for my annual physical and the odd one-off health issue. Dr Fallis was fine but I never got more than a couple of minutes of his time and I'm sure he could not pick me out of a lineup. But he seemed like he knew what he was doing and I was a healthy guy with nothing really going on medically.Last year, I developed high blood pressure. It was identified at my annual physical and I was prescribed a standard dose of a BP drug. The initial drug did not materially lower my BP and I went in for

Overbooked and not thorough
Dr. Fallis is a nice doctor but it's very apparent he's busy and not focused on the individual patient but on maximizing his productivity and patient volumes. I have had complex health issues and felt like I couldn't get them time of day from him let alone have him actually review my file in depth. I have found a new primary care doctor and don't plan on seeing him again.

Annual physical. Most rushed visit I've ever had - in and out with the absolute minimum he could do and still bill insurance. Got bloodwork which had issues, was told only to 'eat less fat'. Sent a reply and never heard back (now 10 days later). Receptionist said I'd have to come in (and pay) for an office visit if I want to ask questions about bloodwork or wait (forever?) for a reply through the Mt Sinai app. Ridiculous.

I walked in sick with a horrible flu and was seen by Dr. Fallis very quickly even though he was booked up. He is very professional with an excellent bedside manner. He answered all of my questions. Office staff was very nice too. They made my life easier today.
