Very good experience. Staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Ragel was clearly familiar with my case, and informed me of treatment options.

I had a recent spine injury and Dr. Ragel was sympathetic and very easy to talk to. We went over all of my options and I believe I’m on a good path to healing with his guidance and expertise.

I am a new patient to Dr. Ragel and found him thoroughly delightful and professional. He explained my MRI results in easy to understand medical terms and answered my questions in a non rushed way. I highly recommend him and the Rebound Team.

Dr. Ragel is an absolute true professional and gentleman..... his sense of humor is second to none. Yet your always assured your in the best of hands with him.

Fell off ladder from 10' height 27January2017. Head injury at the occipital bone. Doctor popped his head in the recover room. "wiggle your toes, OK, wiggle your fingers, OK You are fine. " Got a bill. Later diagnosed subdural hematoma. Nearly died. This "doctor" fails to follow through and is not thorough. If you have a death wish, use him.

Don't be discouraged if the initial appointment wait time is long. Get on the waiting list. My wait went from a month to a week! The entire staff was very friendly and I felt my time was well spent. There is a lot of paperwork to fill out at your initial visit. Don't worry, it does have an end! In ending, the doctor was able to see me quickly, and the staff did an amazing job getting all the processes started to be able to have my spinal stimulator implanted quickly.

Dr. Rangel was fantastic! Great personality.....makes you feel confident that he will do his best to correct the problem. I had a spinal cord stimulator. It seriously helped with my issues. He’s the best.

The surgery to correct my stenosis was a complete success. After three months, I have returned to biweekly sessions of yoga and weight training and am anxious for the weather to permit my return to the golf course. I am about to turn 82 and enjoy my active life.

If I could give this idiot less than one star I would. Horrible bed side manner, I mean I would be treated better in judge Judy's courtroom. He walks in and throws a picture of my spine at me from an MRI, I have a bulging disc from an being slammed into by a tanker driver while at work. I seen another Dr who said I needed surgery but once workers comp denied it and my job canceled my personal insurance she refused Oregon health plan since I had to sign up for that. I was recommend to this guy and he tells me well you shouldn't be in that much pain, I expressed I could barely walk let alone stand minutes at a time to which he snapped surgery probably won't help. He acted like I was faking it for drugs, well not once in the past year of injury has any doctor given me drugs. I want to be fixed. This doctor is rude and I do not recommend him.

Dr. Ragel was great. He listened to my concerns, was respectful, and gave me a lot of great information. We were able to come up with a treatment plan for my Chiari Malformation and herniated disc; I’m grateful for his experience and expertise.

Dr Ragel is very informed in his specialty. He has continued to treat my back pain after my lumbar fusion a year ago. Very good and positive doctor.

I have never had a more compassionate and caring doctor. He really listens to you and thoroughly explains all your questions.

He is very personable and answered all my questions so I could understand all options before surgery.

Dr. Ragel asked appropriate and informational questions; he was open in the dialogue seemed to be honest yet cautiously optimistic in discussing the potential treatment options for my long term back issues. He took ample time to ask and answer questions; was familiar at least to some degree with my case before a first appointment; didn't appear to be in a rush, even taking a short time to forge a surface aquaintance during the appointment. I might add more later, but thus far I'm happy.

Absolutely awesome. I feel like a whole person again thanks to his skill in my double level cervical fusion with an anterior incision. I'm so grateful to have had such and excellent surgeon.

Great, following up with ongoing back pain

I like him immediately when he said he did not think surgery was my answer. His availability is good and it was easy to make a first appointment.

I have only had one consultation with Dr. Ragel but was very pleased with how he explained everything to me ,in term that I could understand. And I am looking forward to having Dr. Ragel heip me get through my surgical procedure with the best possible outcome, and am confident in his ability to do so.
