Dr. Idelkope is very thorough.
Dr. Idelkope has diagnosed conditions that other doctors I’ve seen have missed. This has allowed treatment before small things have become big issues. He has always been very willing to answer any questions I have and I am very happy with his care. Only downside is it can take a long time to get in for an appointment.

Disappointed New Client
I was referred to Dr. Idelkope by my specialist and I waited 5 months to get an appointment. Dr. Idelkope walked in unprepared and did not have my records that I had filled out the night before. He did not make eye contact, answer my questions or seem the least bit interested in me as a patient. He has no bedside manner, is underwhelming as a physician and very disappointing. For a yearly exam, I expected just that. A comprehensive exam and he listened to my heart and lungs and sent me to the lab. I told him we got off to a rough start and he was silent. Run as fast as you can from this Dr. The clinic itself was friendly and wonderful. So disappointed in my experience. From the reviews, I am not the first to feel this way .

Dr. Idelkope squeezed me into an already packed schedule when I had an asthma crisis. He’s thorough and considers my opinion as we talk through planning a treatment approach. Moreover he is thoughtful and incredibly kind.

I came here to see him early morning at 7 am after work without any appointment. He graciously except me right away for treatment. I had dry coughing for nearly 3 weeks.

Dr. Idelkope took care of my 90+ year-old mother like she was his own grandmother. On several occasions he fit her into his packed schedule when she had an urgent issue and gave her all the time she needed, even though he probably went without lunch or a break. He always followed up when she was in the hospital, and checked in with me regarding her condition on his own time. A marvelous, caring and meticulous doctor!
