Dr Brian Castillo is the best
I have never had a physician that compares to Dr Brian Castillo. He is kind, gentle, listens and is thorough. He never makes you feel judged, listens to your issues, and helps you make informed decisions. As others have noted, the office staff is not so great sometimes. I have not experienced overt rudeness from any of them, they haven’t been particularly friendly or customer service oriented.

Dr. Castillo is a nice doctor. I have nothing bad to say about him. It is his front desk staff that are horrendous. You call needing an appointment and they have no sympathy regardless of what you are experiencing. Same day appointment? Forget that. They will tell you to go to urgent care in a mono-toned voice. His staff lacks customer service skills. They remind me of B-Listers. Somebody you wouldn't hire to represent the face of your business.

Dr B. Castillo is an amazing person. He listens, he guided me, and has given me the best advice! He’s not in my network anymore but I still prefer to go see him. He told me to give my new PCP another chance to get to know me better. Dr. Castillo took the time to get to know me!

Dr. B Castillo is a soft spoken but very through doctor. He always addresses all of your concerns. Sometimes the wait inside the room is long but I feel as if this is because he spends a lot of time with each patient, your concerns are not overlooked.
