Seems disinterested
Dr. Gross Pierce has cancelled, postponed, or cut short most of my appointments. She seems nice enough, but she does not listen well, nor does she spend much time. Communication with the pharmacy (to renew prescriptions, etc.) is poor. The PA, Carol, is excellent. Too bad she's not a doctor.

Why I like KWfP-I have 5 kids and my life is very busy running my kids around to all their activities. Here, I can get a same day appointment usually, they do telemedicine visits and have a patient portal so I can make appointments on it and leave messages. Dr Pierce has diagnosed some pretty serious illness within my family. They pay attention to your needs and I feel like they go above and beyond to help. Staff and nurses are very good as well

she listens and cares
I saw Lorena first and really liked her . then I was sick and saw Lori R-She was very nice too. Had my Physical with Dr Pierce so now i know them all. All 3 were great as were the nurses and office staff. Wait time was short. They do telemedicine visits which work out well for me since I work in the Woodlands. Have not had any problems with call backs. Told my mom and brother about this practice and they have appointments now too.

She listens
Dr Pierce is the ONLY Dr. who ever sat down and explained things to me--none of the specialist ever did! Go to her, She is GREAT!! Love her nurse Carol as well. She always returns my calls promptly. They have a patient portal which allows me to see my labs and leave messages. Love that she has telehealth too. would not go anywhere else!!

Great Doctor
GREAT PRACTICE- My family has seen Dr. Pierce, Lori and Lorena all really good. They took time with my wife and children and for me--I needed to get in and out--they were on time and met my needs. Staff was good too--got my blood on first stick-usually takes 2-3 times at other clinics. We have no problems with call backs and I like that they offer Telemedicine visits since I work downtown.

Doctor who gets things done
Saw Dr Pierce for the 1st time. Really liked her and her practice. Waited 10 min to see her. And she took care of my problem.

Dr Pierce
I found a doctor and practice for me! Dr Pierce is easy to talk to and actually listens. Her nurse Carol as well. The staff were friendly too. I like that she has a patient portal so I can send her messages and she does telemedicine visits. Go Here ! You will not be disappointed!!

Dr. Pierce is a good listener, great doctor. I rated this practice at only 3 stars, however, for the following reasons: no office hours Friday afternoons, extremely poor response rate for phone calls and referrals, difficult to get appointments in a timely manner. Your PCP might as well be the urgent care center.

Dr Pierce has been my doctor for years. Anytime I have been sick she has worked me in on that day. She’s great! As far as COVID shots, it seems only hospitals and pharmacies have them.

The last three times I have needed an appointment because I was sick, it hasn't been possible to get in. Not even an attempt to work me in. But now she has decided not to offer Covid Vaccinations. Not even for patients. I am looking for a Dr. that cares about her patients more than this one does.

A little confused by the information for this Dr. This is my PCP though I've never met her. I have osteoporosis and fibromyalgia which she indicates she treats but I've been given referrals for all my conditions and abnormal test results. So yes the staff are lovely. The wait time is minimal. However whilst I appreciate that complex needs may require specialist knowledge I'm not sure how passing me along with no follow up counts as treatment.

I’ve been going to Dr Gross-Pierce for 18+ years. She is one of the best Drs I know and this is coming from a 32 year experieced nurse. She is so good that, though I’ve moved to Austin I will continue to drive to Kingwood once per year for my well women exam.

When I moved to Kingwood area Dr Pierce was highly recommended. I’ve been a patient with her since 1999. We now Hv moved to Woodlands. I travel an hour to continue seeing her as our family doctor. She discovered my cancer had returned and I will always use her as my family’s doctor.
