My wife scheduled an appointment for my mother-in-law with Pacific Coast Surgical Group, but due to an accident involving her son on the same day, she was unable to attend. The next day, my wife called the office and spoke with Maria at the front desk to reschedule. However, Maria was extremely rude, unprofessional, and outright refused to reschedule the appointment. Not only was her attitude unacceptable, but the level of customer service was the worst we’ve ever experienced. Instead of understanding the situation, she dismissed my wife’s request entirely and made it clear that no further appointments would be scheduled simply because we missed one. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. The front desk staff, or possibly a manager, showed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. I strongly urge the doctor to reconsider employing someone with such poor customer service skills, as it could seriously harm the practice’s reputation

Very approachable and takes the time to explain procedures in laymen’s terms. All around nice guy and caring physician.

Patient abandonment. Went to Urgent Care on a Sunday night because of breathing problems due to 3 consecutive days consistent hiccups and when the doctor at the U.C. did an Ultra Sound & CT on a hard spot he felt in my lower abdomen, he found a grapefruit size fluid mass pushing my bladder and other organs. Prescribed me Reglan for the hiccups and told me to call my surgeon who performed my robotic hernia surgery first thing in the am, which I did at 8:30 am. Call me for more info...

From the moment I walked into Dr. Langenberg’s office it was a good experience. His nurse, Danielle, is fantastic and made me feel comfortable right away. At my consultation with Dr. Langenberg, he was able to answer all of many questions regarding my gallbladder and potential gallbladder surgery. He has a wealth of knowledge and is very personable and has a great sense of humor. I did end up scheduling the cholecystectomy, and his scheduler, Veronica, was helpful and friendly. The surgery
