Dr. Hesseltine applied prudently chosen anesthesia flawlessly. Anesthetized quickly, I recovered without hangover. No short-term memory lapses occurred. Superb application of technology and technique to medical need. Insurance coverage was cleared before the operation; but his billing office, US Anesthesia Partners, shows abominable inability to get billing applied correctly. After 7 months they still issue large invoices in error. Never any follow-up to queries. Zero stars to them.
