Rude and condescending
Did not address my primary concern and even argued with me about what X-Rays I had taken. Basically told me to take vitamin C and Ibuprofen and deal with it. No answers, no follow up, no real concern shown even though I've been unable to put pressure on my heel without it hurting for weeks. Didn't even seem interested in seeing my most recent X-Rays and instead used X-Rays that were taken over a month prior to my visit about a totally different issue.

Good Dr
He is very thorough and didn't push surgery on me at all. He took the time to listen and it's also responsive on the portal.

Answered my questions
It was a busy day, but he took the time to explain the various options to treat my aching feet. He a tad bit brusque but warms up as he talks. Haven’t got any clues about his surgeries success rate but as with any surgery I will seek a second opinion. Btw His staff was great.

Dr. Moodley is legit, extremely competent, easy to speak with, considerate, knowledgeable and professional. He may not be a hand-holder because he is a very relaxed person. Still, the work he did on the tendon of one of my toes was excellent, pain-free and really solved my medical issue for good. He definitely is an expert in ankle and foot stuff. No patient will ever need to second guess anything Dr. Moodley says. When I came to have the stitches in my toe removed, he immediately recognized that I have Raynaud's despite me NEVER mentioning it in any pre-exam paperwork. It shocked me how quickly he diagnosed and confirmed a condition I only tentatively thought I had. It was nice to have closure on that subject without even asking for it

I cannot comment on the Dr. but it is impossible to schedule an appointment and the admin. who took my call was awful. I sat on hold forever on multiple occasions, they have no voice mail or email or other system yet they routinely don't answer the phone and close for the day well before 5pm. They cancelled on me because of weather and then wanted to schedule me weeks later and when I expressed frustration they just hung up and didn't answer and literally transferred the call to an unrelated doctor. Dr. Moodley seems nice but stay away.

He is an OK doctor but I left without answers to my questions and no course of treatment for my injuries. His nurse is very condescending and rude, she is extremely unhelpful and does not take your injuries seriously at all. She prescribed me medication that I cannot take which ended up giving me a very expensive trip to the ER. There are much better Podiatrists out there to see, who will answer your questions, care about you as a patient, and are in it for the patient not the profit.

Do not see him. He can’t answer basic questions without being a condescending jerk. He was extremely rude to my family. I don’t understand how doctors like this are allowed to act completely indecent toward their patients.

Podiatrist makes rude comments. I felt that he wasn't listening to what I was saying and was brushing me off since I won't be a surgery case. You should never walk out of a room while talking making it so a patient can not respond to what you are saying or make off hand comments. Good manners go a long way.

I seemed like he wanted specifics, where there were none. That my feet felt funny wasn't good enough. Words he mentioned like burning, stabbing, throbbing, and dull ache, are descriptions of pain and I had already told him I had no pain! He didn't ask me any questions with an attempt to know me as a person.. My service dog made little attempt to get to know him, and that was very telling! He gave me some pads and showed me where to put them on my Superfeet. I ran out of strokes to finish!

Dr. Moodley is very inconsiderate towards the patient problems. I had ingrown toenail for which I wanted to be seen by Dr Moodley and being bloodphobic I was very nervous and the doctor was very rude. He told me that he will have to do small surgical procedure to cut the ingrown toenail for which I asked him questions. And the doctor did not like that I was asking him questions and reminded me that i went through pain when i delivered my baby. That was really RUDE!!
