All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Although Dr. Ebright can be very kind natured, I would like to warn other parents that his practice is only to reassure that nothing is wrong, rather than to take concerns seriously and do all that he can for your children. After we repeatedly asked about serious issues with our baby, he stated “with newborns, if they make it, they make it,” and denied that there was anything he could do. When we sought a second opinion, they immediately instructed us to take our baby to the ER, and she was ultimately referred to a specialist. We were finally able to get treatment, but it was delayed because of Dr. Ebright’s lack of action. He later apologized for his words, but I believe they show a philosophy of care that borders on negligence. During all of this, Chapel View Family Care’s billing specialist also called us multiple times preoccupied with payment, despite the fact that our insurance was taking a normal amount of time to process claims.

I’ve been a patient here for about two years and during that entire time I’ve been very unhappy with the office staff namely Kristin. I’m not sure I’ve ever met someone as rude as her in my life. I’ve waited 6 months for a routine physical as this doctors office has such a HUGE backlog to get a physical and they just called and canceled on me and told me Dr Ebright no longer works on the day my physical was schedule and it would be until NOVEMBER before they could see me 6 months more.

The doctors and PA's are very good and take time with you. The front staff are rude and extremely difficult to deal with. Appointment scheduling is a challenge. Be prepared to put a credit card on file or they don't want you. Standard prescriptions require twice a year visits. Need anything else with that they want a seperate visit. Too money hungry for me.
