I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Gillman and his team at Austin Sports Medicine. Over the years, I've had multiple surgeries and dealt with nerve-related issues stemming from fractured vertebrae and fusions. Through it all, Dr. Gillman has been nothing short of amazing. His knowledge, expertise, and compassionate care have made all the difference in my recovery journey. Not only does he take the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, but he also listens to your concerns and works with you to find the best solutions for your unique needs. The staff is equally incredible—always professional, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. Whether it’s scheduling, follow-ups, or answering questions, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. Thanks to Dr. Gillman and his team, I’ve achieved results I didn’t think were possible. I’m grateful

Disappointed.
I originally left a good review for Dr. Gillman. He was kind, compassionate, and I was happy with the way he handled my hand issues. I was not, however, happy with the fact that I had to pay $400.00 prior to my surgery to cover his surgical assistant which was supposed to be reimbursed after I sent proper documentation to Medicare. I am still waiting reimbursement of that money after 14 months, and on top of that, I am now experiencing issues with two of the 3 issues he corrected during my surgical procedure. What was a pleasant experience has turned into a headache on all counts. I am so disappointed. La Grange, TX

Excellent orthopedist, unusual in that he has a very good "bedside" manner. He showed me my films at my request, and discussed my condition and treatment with me in detail. I would highly recommend him for both his expertise and his ability to relate to his patients.
