Dr Bennett is great, without a doubt, looks a bit stressed but who’s not these days! My Major issue is the staff member/Male medical assistant Nick! He definitely is Not an asset to his practice! He called me from the lobby passive aggressively then while in the room practically yelled at me, I was on the verge of tears! He did not let me complete one sentence! Front office personnel was wonderful, Dr Bennett suggested that I needed surgery and his coordinator Sara would call me to schedule. Well it’s been over a month & a half and she has still not contacted me after Several attempts of calling her and leaving messages. So disappointing after a physician is so nice! I guess my surgery was not important enough? I had to seek a new doctor.

Doctor was nice and informative, Male medical assistant Nick was absolutely terrible! Was definitely passive aggressive and on the verge of screaming! I was told by the doctor that I would need surgery and Sara would call me. That was almost 4 weeks ago! I have left her several messages with no response! I can only guess my surgery was not important enough? I have now found a new surgeon.

Awful service. I waited over an hour for each appointment. On the second appointment after waiting over an hour, I finally had to leave. Neither Dr. Bennett nor anyone else from his office even called me to apologize or reschedule.

Got a referral to see Dr. Bennett, but he refused to see me. I had an achilles surgery in California and was told to find an orthopedic surgeon to do a follow up visit, 6 weeks after surgery. I was told by his office that he refused to see me at all. So much for having a great reputation, it's interesting to wonder why he wouldn't be willing to make money by just doing at least 1 post-op visit. I will never recommend Dr. Bennett, nor his office to anyone in the future. Oh, and wait I'm also a licensed insurance agent, I guess you might want to consider who you reject, when I have the ability to recommend physicians to my clients. Let's just say that Dr. Bennett will never be on my recommended list.

Dr Bennett didn’t trust the results of 2 arthrograms and acted like an injectable miraculously cured a Labral tear. It did not and was repaired by another surgeon. He should’ve known that this needed repair surgery. His nurse was rude -both on the phone and in person. Terrible experience all around.

My brother recommended Dr. Bennett to me. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Bennett, Sara and all of his staff. Dr. Bennett did an excellent carpal tunnel surgery of my left hand, and Dr. Bennett is now helping me with my right hand. When I went for a neurological assessment, the neurologist commented that Dr. Bennett’s work was excellent because it showed on my results that my right hand had healed very well.

Dr. Bennett has taken care of me before and I will always go back to Dr. Bennett and let him take care of me again. He has been our physician throughout our family for many years and all of my children and my wife have had surgeries or procedures done by him and we have never had a problem.

On the first visit Dr Bennett examined my shoulder, reviewed my MRI and report and confirmed that I had been to physical therapy. The physical findings were consistent with the reports. Dr Bennett explained the reports regarding a tear in the supraspinatus tendon and the potential for bone spurs. Surgery was subsequently scheduled and performed. Bone spurs were removed and the tear was repaired. Photos of the procedure were taken during surgery and the entire process explained after surgery. I was sent home with a bupivacaine device for pain management. Pain was controlled with the device without the need for narcotic or other pain relievers. I’m due to start physical therapy in 3 weeks.

Dr Bennett has been great, without question. My issue is the staff. During my last visit, they weren't ready for me and my appointment was pushed back 30 minutes with no communication. They had a sign that stated to let the front desk know if you've been waiting for over 15 minutes. I spoke to them twice to let them know. I don't mind waiting, but tell me in advance if you're not ready for me at my scheduled appointment. Keep in mind I was there before my appointment, so yes, I was waiting awhile. After my appointment was over, I was told to take the side exit. Ok. I walk out and back to the front where they are locking up. I state I need to make an appointment for a follow up and I'm told Dr Bennett's staff have left. The staff made me late for my appointment and couldn't wait until all the patients were done. I was annoyed to say the least. To add, I've tried calling Dr Bennett's office in the past and I've left more voicemails than have talked to actual people.
