Dr. Billy McBay, MD

I have seen McBay a handful of times, he has always been cheerful. He listens and gives advise as a doctor should. But the last time I saw him, and told him about my new symptoms of nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, drowsiness, freezing and sweating the next minute and I felt a metal strap all the way around the skull tightening, crushing which makes the nausea worse. He didn't give me a cup to pee in, he just said you have a severe kidney infection, and called in a pill for it. I started the new pill and was worse off, if you can imagine that, I couldn't stop vomiting at all even yellow, horrible bile. I got yet another prescription for a melt under the tounge for nausea. My husband took me to Baptist hospital chrismas eve at 2pm and was there until 12:30am, they did several tests with a skeleton crew and the result, no kidney infection, everything was great inside the body. If only he would have gave me a cup and tested it there, to know it was something else.

Absolutely unacceptable care. Doctor is dismissive, labs were drawn almost 2 weeks ago with only one result. Need a GI referral and have called half a dozen times with the answer, "the nurse will call you back". No nurse has called and the referral STILL has not been sent over to the GI doctor. People are scared when they are not feeling well, they need results and re-assurance.

Dr. McBay has been my Doctor for more than a decade now, and though he has moved around a bit, I have and will continue to follow to wherever he practices. Just as the other reviews here, Dr. McBay really cares about his patients and doesnt just walk in and through a script at you and hurry to the next patient. On more than one occasion his nurse has come in the room to drag him out because we chatted it up too long. He treats his patients as his friend and truly cares about your health and quality of life. Other Drs should learn from him how medicine should be practiced. Cant say enough. Great person, Excellent Doctor!

Dr McBay is a loving caring Dr, he really cares about the welfare of his patients,I know Drs are there for the money but I believe in my heart he is there for the patients unlike most doctors I've seen is all about the paycheck and that's how they see there patients as a paycheck, not Dr McBay he really cares about the welfare of his patients,, if we had more docs like him I think in large part the Heath of the people will be a lot healthier,,, DC McBay is a God send thank you so much Dr McBay for truely caring about people

Dr.McBay has been my doctor for several years .He is very patient. He diagnosis and treats my problems properly.He never judges always great. listener.Makes you feel like your his only patient.He practices be in Conway.I have lived as far as Holland Ark.and as far away as Benton and I will always make the trips to see Dr.McBay. He is Special.I thank God for Dr.McBay.He is and will always be My Doctor.

Dr. McBay is awesome I highly recommend him. I have seen a lot of doctors in my life through being a patient and also working as a nurse at a hospital. This doctor goes above and beyond many other physicians. He listens and does not judge. He truly cares and tries to find solutions to every health problem whether it's physical or mental. He tries to solve it all. He takes a lot of time trying to evaluate you so he can make the best decision possible in helping you with your problems. A+
