Appointments and Good Service are Hard to Get
Dr Billie Park is not a good doctor. When in extreme pain. He does not prescribe narcotics. He will request xrays, ultrasounds, blood tests and never call you with results, you have to call him. All he does is refer you to a specialist, waste of a copay I have a PPO and can see anyone I want. His call center makes you hold forever before picking up your call. Its time for a new provider.

Dr. Park is a very caring and a very considerate Doctor. Even though he has a full schedule of patients he has to see, he always tries to fit everyone on the list. People forget that Doctors are human beings too. They have an occupation to serve the sick, yet when some people don’t always get the answers they wanna hear, they try and blame the doctor for their illness and write a bad review or make negative comments. I’m sure it’s not on any doctors agenda to give “bad news”. My experience with doctor Park has always been an A+. I would recommend him to any person needing a doctor.

My husband did not care for Dr. Billie Park. He felt that his appointment was VERY rushed and that the doctor did not care about him as a patient at all.

He's fit me in when I know his schedule is packed because I was very ill. Previous to that, last year I had some testing that was making me very nervous and he called me right away after my appointment to give me the results. He actually cares about helping his patients. Excellent bedside manner.
