He Could Care Less!
I recently visited Dr. Berry for persistent throat clearing, swollen lymph nodes, and other concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Dr. Berry was dismissive and came across as short and rude during the consultation. Despite explaining that I’ve been struggling with throat issues for over a year and that antacids and they haven’t helped, he quickly attributed everything—my sore throat, hearing issues, and swollen lymph nodes—to acid reflux.I also mentioned that I don’t experience reflux symptoms while lying down, but he brushed that off. While he agreed that my lymph nodes are swollen, he said it’s only noticeable because I’m thin and not to worry unless they get bigger. This didn’t sit right with me, as early prevention is crucial for many health issues. Overall, I left the appointment feeling unheard and frustrated, without a clear plan for addressing my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Berry to anyone seeking thorough treatment.

Dr. Berry and his nurse were not wearing masks, in close proximity to me, in a closed room. The only time he put a mask on was to do the exam and then quickly removed it. I felt very uncomfortable, as they clearly had no concern for my wellbeing during a global pandemic. I would give zero stars to this doctor if I could.

Very difficult to get an appointment if you have a "problem", in short prepare for a LONG WAIT. Very little waiting once you do get an appointment. Nice office and fairly friendly staff.

Moved here from Oklahoma and my ENT there. I love his nurse she is very ftiendly and supportive to me and my concerns. Dr Berry has also been great to me kind and answers all questions. I had stage 4 cancer of the base of my tongue. He is the one that actually looks and checks. I like Dr.Berry a lot. Haven't had trouble getting an appointment when I've needed it. Front desk very nice and never much of a wait to go back and see him.

Unprofessional, rude, no follow up, staff does not respond in timely manner. Probably needs to find a different profession.

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. Horrific experience and kept trying to get me to see his audiologist when I wasn’t even there for ear issues. I already have my own audiologist who I adore. Stay far away! He doesn’t care about the patients or their wishes.
