My father health declined rapidly recently and I was left on my own after being discharged from rehab. He was from NJ and I brought him to PA to be near me. He had no Doctors in this area and was on 12 different meds that were just handed to me in a bag and said find him a primary to take over from here. I found him a wonderful senior living place to live and then became his nurse. Dr. Mannan came to my dad's place and took control of everything from his meds to his appointments and his rehab. It was truly amazing and I felt like a 10k weight had been lifted off my shoulders. He said to me that they will take the medical part over from here so now when I come see my father I can sit and visit and maybe watch a movie with him instead of being there hours just to fill his medicine bags for the week andnthen leave. Thank you for giving me the help I needed to make me his daughter again and not his nurse. I know mlhe is in good hands now.

I should have done this 20 years ago. This is the smartest move i have made to achieving better health and to age gracefully without being a burden to my folks.
