Very pleasant, informative and didn't push me to have surgery. He gave me several options and took lots of time explaining what they were and the pluses and minuses of each. I didn't feel like he was rushed or wanting me to do any one thing in particular. I have been to surgeons who only want you to have surgery done, and get inpatient when you aren't comfortable with that solution. He said there were 3 different surgeries that could be done, he also said we could try meds, and gave me a choice between pills or topical ointment. He also gave me a paper to show me how to lace my shows differently to reduce the pressure on the tendons on the top of my foot. If my foot doesn't improve, he said just come back and we can figure out which option will work best for me.
