Knee Replacements
I had both knees replaced in 2024. Dr. Snyder and his staff were wonderful. Between the information they provided and the Force App, I knew just what to expect during surgery and recovery. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Total Care
Addressed all my questions and concerns. His office was very coordinated from the consultation, pre op and post op care. Checked in daily via Force Therapeutics and Heidi the Nurse Navigator. This total care approach reduces re admits for infections and other complications.

Total Knee Operation
Professional, Politeness, Empathy. One of the best to have treated me. I will go back to Dr Snyder for a second time. I recommend him for care. The team is also the best. I am very satisfied and happy with my procedure.

A top-notch joint surgeon
Dr. Snyder recently (late July '22) performed a full knee op on me at Cooley-D, and the results have been extraordinarily good. Dealing with him was totally cool - his manner included plenty of time for me to ask questions, for example. I had total confidence in his ability, and he came through like a champ. My recupe was way, way less pain-ridden than I had anticipated, and I certainly ascribe that to his skill (and some luck for me). I would totally recommend him as a surgeon, and hope his next gig is a great one.

Wonderful Doctor!
Dr. Snyder replaced my knee last year. He was everything a patient would want their Doctor to be. He is attentive, he listens , he remembers what you’ve said, my new knee is great.

Would Highly recommend him, IF he was still around
Awesome! He did my hip replacement in 2021. He did a great job! Too bad he's no longer in W. Hatfield. (OR Amherst). I would definitely have him do my other hip, if I needed it. If he was doing surgery nearby?

I've had an excellent outcome from my total hip replacement performed by Dr. Snyder. I'm glad I waited longer than I should have for the surgery, because meanwhile Dr. Snyder had relocated to my area. I feel very lucky to have been under his excellent care. I recommend him without reservation. I had lots of questions before surgery and during follow-up visits, and he always took all the time necessary to give useful explanations.

Dr Ben Snyder has been wonderful to me. He is clear, conscientious, and honest. I have painful knees that he injected rather than to push me to knee replacements immediately. He explained the options available to me and how they are done. He did not sugar coat the amount of pain I would have if I chose knee replacement surgery. He did state I would need physical therapy following replacement surgery and why it would be necessary. Working with Dr Snyder has been a positive experience.

Dr. Snyder replaced my left hip at Dartmouth Hospital 13 months ago. The whole experience was fabulous. I am a figure skating coach and was back on the ice in three months. I recovered with physical therapy and had very little pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Snyder for his caring, expertise and availability. I am going to visit him in his new office in Massachusetts.

Yesterday I went to Dr. Snyder and I left that appointment feeling content that I will get better and continue my healthy athletic life style. Dr. Snyder explained my injury very well and answered all my questions. My former orthopedic doctor was terrible and left me with an aversion to orthopedics. Dr. Snyder changed that opinion! He’s knowledge and taking my concerns seriously was impressive. I’m getting married this summer and I was afraid I would be hobbling down the aisle. Not only did he refer me to physical therapy but also gave me information on exercises i can do at home. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder!!

Doctor Snyder is an amazing surgeon who helped to make me feel comfortable and relaxed with the upcoming total knee revision surgery. Doctor Snyder completely explained the procedure in a way I could understand with compassion and consideration to my pain. Doctor Snyder is caring, attentive and very thorough, describing the entire procedure, the expectations as well as the risks. The surgery went as planned and I was extremely happy with my experience.
