Dr. Benjamin Raymond, DO

Staff and Dr. was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Raymond is arrogant and has an inflated ego. He proposed an extensive robotic surgery that was not medically necessary for me without discussing any of the risks or complications associated with the robot he used, the DaVinvi robot, widely known for causing complications and patient injuries. He did not tell me that the manufacturer of the robot, Intuitive Surgical, has 3,400 lawsuits pending alleging serious patient harm. I had severe complications and permanent injuries. Dr. Raymond dismissed them as insignificant and provided no guidance (and frankly did not seem to care) on what could be done, if anything, to correct his mistakes.He performed the extensive Davinci robot surgery to inflate my surgical bill to $3,500 for an hou and a half botched robotic surgery . His notes placed on my chart were misleading and false. HE has no integrity, no compassion, and little, if any skill as a surgeon.His surgery caused me seriuos permanent harm. He collected his fee and could care less that it came at the cost of my injuries.

Reception greeter was efficient and courteous as was the nurse who put me in a room. Dr Raymond treats you like family with a smile! Explains everything well.

The surgery went well, but Dr. Raymond always seemed like he was in a bit of a hurry. I wish he took more time to talk to me before and after the procedure. I’m satisfied with the results but wish I was treated more seriously.
