Dr. Bala treated my mother's sepsis bacterial infection with the utmost professional care. She was prompt, and explained the situation and course of treatment in a way we could understand and did not expect us to know the acronymns, drug names and procedures. She put our minds at ease and we highly recommend her compassionate way of practicing.
