Worst run medical practice I have ever encountered…… staff is totally indifferent to anyone’s medical urgencies, I’ve been told on more than one occasion when asking why no one is responding to my messages that THAT is not their responsibility!!!! Messages are not relayed or responded to, they just go to blind voice mailbox that is obviously never monitored…….. they actually lost a test specimen I left with them once! Dr Kumar’s standard response to most problems seems to be “ go to the emergency room. I went to the ER on his advisement and the screeners there actually made jokes about how they treat more of Dr Kumar’s than he does!! There’s a reason why they are one of the few practices that is accepting new patients!!!!! Very disappointed

I have been a patient of Dr. Babu Kumar for many many years, and yes he does get to the point fast and he is on point. if he refers you out it is because he wants to be very sure of your medical health results. He knows what he is doing and referring you out is a good thing, he is telling you that we need to check this issue a little closer, little further; who does not want that. Diagnostic tests are a tool that helps the physician know what is going on inside of your body, he does not know what is going inside your body,

My Family and I have been going to Dr. Kumar for years and have not been disappointed. To know Dr. Kumar is to understand him. He is very personable! The first time when I came to him, I had felt he was rushing me and wasn’t listening to a word I had said. On my second visit, before looking at my chart, he had reiterated why I came to see him the first time around. I was very impressed!!

Always seems in a rush to get you out the office. Never treats you just refers you out to Specialist. Administrative staff rude and unprofessional. It’s not one time have I been to this mans office and he’s actually done something himself to help me. Sends you for bloodwork, scans then refers you out. Depending on your insurance type you don’t appear to be important to this doctor at all. Better off taking your chances with the hospital. Also listening is not one of his strong attributes.

He has been my pcp for over 13 years now. He knows me so well, and I have a complicated, unique medical history. He has literally saved my life several times. E.g. when hospitals have said something impossible b/c labs didn't match my situation, but he was persistent. I had appendicitis and sepsis with normal wbc's and low/grade temps, just to name a couple. Several family members go to him, and have had similar issues b/c of our genetics. He saved their lives, too! Best pcp ever had!
