Dr Razavi seems like a nice doctor. I really enjoyed my first visit with him. However, for my second annual visit, he was running late, frantic and non-attentive. He brushed off my concerns and said he wasn't aware of the side effects I'd mentioned - despite them being labeled and having reports. He promised we could address these issues by adjusting medicines through the patient portal rather than requiring additional appointments. I've reached out several times to him and his staff to help me through this process and received no response. I'm sure he does great research, but perhaps at the cost of patient care.

Dr. Razavi is a rare package: both technically highly competent and great "bedside manner." Perhaps more rare -- he's interested in complex conditions rather than confounded/annoyed by them. He listened. And then he came up with a plan to explore in several different directions based on future testing. I can't say enough about how impressed -- and relieved -- I was to finally get to the great doctor. Dr. Razavi is my "Dr. House" (for those who have seen the show) but without the crankies:)
