Dr. Ayyappa Rangaraju, MD

Dr. Mysore is a very pleasant person with excellent bedside manner. He quickly addressed my concerns about test results to immediately schedule a diagnostic procedure to get to the bottom of my issues. I do feel like I'm in the best hands with Dr. Mysore and very happy he is my GI doctor.

If you wait for Dr Mysore to send you the results, you'll never get them. Office staff say he is responsible for mailing them. After 2.5 months and 3 phone calls I had to drive over an hour to pick them up. Medical staff are unprofessional; my reviews aren't posted when I describe why.

Initially Dr. Mysore seemed competant and nice enough. Office staff told me that he was responsible for sending results and that they were 'in the mail.' 2.5 months and 3 phone requests later I drove over an hour to get them in person. Staff also did not call me the day after procedure- I was asleep but my phone showed no missed calls. I could hear staff mock me for being afraid before procedure, and were apparently angry when I asked something about why I was still concious during it. Jax shoved the polyp pieces in my face and said 'he saved your life.' Maybe, but to be angry at what a very drugged patient says, enough not to do your job later is highly unprofessional. Procedure rooms were dingy and blankets were old and funky, like those donated to an animal shelter. They run you through like cattle.

After the procedure, the Dr discussed the findings but I was unable to recall the discussion, as I was still recovering from the procedure, therefore, I has to wait until the next month for a follow up appointment to get the results of the biopsy,etc. Then the Dr required that I have additional blood work done, but as of today, May 16, I have had no additional follow up from this Dr on my condition, or treatment plan.

His kindness and knowledge. He made my partner and me feel so comfortable. He does wonderful endoscopic procedures.

Dr. Mysore is so pleasant and kind. I was so nervous about my endoscopy procedure. However, he made all my worries go away. I will definitely be seeing him for my 5 year re-evaluation and any future needs my GI tract may have.
