Dr. Ayesha Malik, MD

I met her at Northwest Hospital about sixteen months ago her advice on my diabetes literally changed my life and my phone's life. She has moved to Plantation from Margate and I will be visiting her new location soon. Her knowledge of the endocrine system especially diabetes is superior to any although doctor and her advice is up to date, easy-to-follow, and addresses the problem. She is the type of doctor you want for any type of endocrine problem and I will continue to see her. 4.3 what's my last A1c

Excellent and professional physician

I took my mom to see Dr. Ayesha Malik. She is an excellent doctor. Very professional, patient and friendly. She explained everything to us clearly and answered all our questions. I felt that she truly cares about her patients. I also had to mention her staff, Cherina Jenkins. She is such a sweet lady. She went above and beyond to assist me and my mom. She is also very professional, patient and friendly. Dr. Malik is one of the best doctors I have seen, and trust me, I have been to many different doctors before. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Malik to my friends and family. I don't usually write reviews but it was such a great experience that compelled me to write one. Dr. Ayesha Malik is a genuine doctor, very kind and very professional. Highly recommend to anyone seeking this type of service. Excellent care.

My visit was pretty cut and dry. Dr. Malik, was dismissive of my symptoms in regard to a thyroid issue, and she had no opinion to offer or any suggestions regarding my symptoms. Dr. Malik, was very adamant about not seeking out dietary changes, supplements, or treatment from functional medicine practitioners, as she said it was not recognized nor valid. I do not recommend this Dr. given lack of experience. One of my physicians referred me to another endocrinologist, as they felt it is worth getting a second opinion.

This was my second visit with dr Malik she is the best My blood sugar was 500/600 every day my a1 c was 14.3 in 30 days with dr Malik some medication change my a1 c is 8.7 blood sugar 98/102 every day. I think she is great I have been in late enforcement for thirty years seen a lot of doctors she is good.

On my initial visit Dr Malik explained in a warm calming way my condition , she made sure I understood , asked me if I had any questions. Dr. Malik made known the blood work she needed from me along with the lab prescriptions, she did not just hand me my prescriptions without giving me full knowledge.When I left Dr. Malik’s office I was totally aware of my condition and exactly my next step.

Horrible no bedside manner does listen and doesn't know what she is doing ordered all the wrong things for me.

I want to take the time to share my experience with Dr Malik. I Absolutely loved her bedside manners and compassionate attitude. She is young and is knowledgeable on issues with thyroid disorders and diabetes ( i have both). She explains everything and takes the time to address your concerns. I see that her waiting room is full of patients because she is highly sought after and patients appreciate the care that she provides. I will continue to refer my family and friends to her because it is LONG OVERDUE that we have an awesome doctor in our community.

Wonderful and though

Dr. Malik is very nice, personable and she actually takes the time to listen to you (the patient) and your concerns. I never feel rushed and it’s always great when you find a Dr. that has your best interest at heart and knows what she’s doing.

My visits with Dr. Malik have been wonderful since moving to the area. She was very thorough in checking my medical records from previous doctors, not just starting from scratch, which I appreciate because I move a lot. She is very nice to talk with and you can tell she takes her job and her patients' health seriously. I would highly recommend Dr. Malik!
