Impossible to communicate with doctor after leaving the office . He doesn’t answer any messages or phone requests for refills of medication. Call center is staffed with rude people who tell,you to go to the ER if you need a refill. The doctors office never called us . The messages we sent were never answered when we requested info about dosage of a new prescription after we were called by a call center person who spoke English so badly we could,not understand her.

Bad… was told a needle biopsy could be done with just a little freeze spray on my neck … it was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced in my 67 years… I’ll NEVER GO BACK TO HIM

He did not treat me with any respect. He never asked any questions to learn my past, then quickly labeled me and left without finishing my appointment. Type 1 for over 50 years. Very disappointed

Appointment rescheduling fiasco
Made an appointment in 12/23 for 2/24. One business day before appt, got a msg that Dr had to cancel because he was doing biopsies on the day I was to see him. Office would not reschedule me until 5/24! Why do I have to wait so long since I’m not the one who canceled?

Excellent doctor.
He explained my lab results carefully and answered all my questions patiently. I felt at ease and not in a hurry as with other physicians. I hope he continues like that. He’s young and I wish him a successful career so I can be his patient for many more years to come.
