Worst service and no compassion doctor
I drove from Rosenberg to take my brother to his appointment. He’s been hospitalized twice in the same week so we really needed to see the doctor. I called 20 minutes before my appointment to say we were running late due to traffic. I asked should we reschedule or continue to come after the doctor and her nurse were unavailable. I arrived 15 minutes late to have the nurse bring us back to say Dr Carhill would not see us. Doctors are supposed to care about there patients and this is the second time this was done to us. In addition my brother was hospitalized under her care so that speaks volumes on the type of doctor she is. I also had his sugar readings connected so Dr Carhill could see his sugar numbers. His sugar has been high and not stable yet not one person has contacted us or checked on my brother. I will never come back, I will never recommend this office or doctor.

Terrible Dr
Terrible experience. I went to her because of the good ratings and it takes 6 months to get in, however I needed thyroid medication and she was off the next 2 days and weekend. So if you see her in Sienna and want immediate help don’t see her on a Wednesday, because she’s not in office Thursday and Friday. I called my old dr and they called scripts in immediately for me. She didn’t even ask me what symptoms I was having. I was just a number to her and that’s how I felt. I won’t be back. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. They want you there early as a new patient, however they don’t respect your time. I was there over 2 hours.

Dr. Carhill was wonderful in person. She answered all of my questions and was very thorough. The only thing I didn't appreciate was my diagnosis being communicated to me via electronic letter. I have follow up questions and am disappointed that I wasn't given the opportunity to ask the doctor.

I've never met a more caring and intelligent physician who was able to discuss complex medical conditions in a way I could understand and relate to. Absolutely a pleasure. I wish I had found her years ago.

Worst experience ever. She is so outdated in her treatment and does not consider symptoms only blood work. The only thing she relies on is the American Thyroid Association for her treatments. She would not run a full thyroid panel on me, iron, B12, saliva cortisol to get to root cause of my thyroid probs. She only believes in synthetic, pharma funded meds. She was so discounting of all the research I have done over the last year. She ONLY believes in what the Am Thyroid Assoc website says
