One of the wisest, most knowledgeable in his field. Has a different take on tackling diabetes and thyroid disorders. He showed me the beauty of the field of endocrinology. Highly recommend trusting his care.

Dr. Samir was very knowledgeable. He listened to my story and asked lots of questions. I have had a lot of health issues, and other doctors rarely take the time to truly understand and make connections. In Dr. Samir’s care, I feel like I’m on the right track again with my thyroid and my health.

I am very disappointed. He charged my father for visits at HCA for which he only came in to say hello. No treatment or consult was made and he was still charged. This is not right and we are going to change to another Dr.

I saw dr quais for about a year. He talked over me and dismissed my questions & concerns. He once told me how long he was a doctor because I asked him could we try something else. One day I was in pain & very frustrated so I started crying. He told me well that won’t help anything with attitude. He is one of the worst endo doctors I’ve had. He did not help me at all and didn’t care. So I told him I was leaving and when we got to the front he still tried to schedule me for a app smh

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this Dr. He and his staff are very disorganized and rude with a do not care attitude. Waited over an haur for the doctor to read my test results to me. I gave up and left because other people would come in after me and then see the doctor ahead of me. Receptionist could not have cared less and was rude during our discussion.

Excellent doctor. For me to say that is great as I have been thru docs that have issues. He is a caring doctor. He takes time to talk with you and makes you feel like one of the family. Terrific bedside manner and great credentials. He is the one doctor I make sure are in any insurance plan I have.

Don’t get me wrong. Dr. Oauis is a very nice doctor BUT his secretary and whoever else is working at their CDM Kingwood office front desk is RUDE and she seems not to care at all! I was put on hold for too many times and got hanged up on. I even have to use someone else’s phone number to call just for them to answer while I’m still on hold with my own phone. It’s ridiculous! Horrible customer service!!!! I’m not coming back. I’m gonna look for another PCP!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this Dr. He and his staff are very disorganized and rude with a do not care attitude. Its been over two weeks i have completed my TRH test, but can not get a call from Dr with results. I have called 4 times without any success.

Dr. Ouais is the sweetest doctor. I always see him doing his rounds at kingwood medical center. Right when I found out I have hyperthyroidism, I talked to him about it and without a doubt he gave me his phone number to call the office to make an appointment to see him. Very nice doctor.
