excellent in all areas
Dr. Allen is a breath of fresh air in the medical community, from the moment we met him and he in detail communicated everything that we could expect from.my husband’s surgery to detailed postoperative instructions and care, he was compassionate and caring. As a retired nurse, I found him to be a wonderful surgeon and compassionate human.

New Dr. after Dr Petrus retired.
Dr. Allen had great bedside manner. I chose him for his youth so as to get newer and more cutting edge ideas on prostate and ED care. He was great. He also was very positive and upbeat. One thing I have ALWAYS noted about Urology associates is their staff. I have NEVER had an unpleasant encounter with them. They are always outstanding from the lab “stickers” to the front desk folks. That means a lot.

Urology visit
I was very nervous about my visit because I was having a procedure. But Doctor Allen made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was done quite quickly and was not painful, which was something that I was really worried about. Dr Allen was very professional, informative, and personable. Would recommend him to anyone needing urological care.

Wait times are too long
Wait time was exceptionally long today. I had an ultrasound and was in and out. Told to return hours later to talk to the Dr. When I returned I sat for another hour and 15 minutes. Appointments should be rescheduled if the Dr. Is that backed up. The amount of time I was away from work cost me more than the visit was worth. I saw the dr. And was out in less than 60 seconds so I should have received a phone call instead of missing work for 4 hrs.
