Dr. Brett Parra, MD

Received a call from this Dr after reaching out to his nurse practitioner(that we saw and loved) after we had questions about a possible prostate cancer diagnosis. We were trying to see if the biopsy that had been scheduled could be moved up any and had other questions. This gentleman was so rude and in a hurry he didn't take time to listen to his patient's questions and by his tone and comments he had not even read his nurse practitioner's office notes. He made assumptions that were not true. He was more worried about telling us he was going on vacation the next week and that if we were in that big of a hurry he would do my biopsy in his office with NO Anesthesia. Wouldn't recommend him in any shape or fashion.

Dr Parra has excellent bedside manner, He is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent. He explains his procedures and appointments in detail in a way that you understand what is to be done. His analysis is spot on and his treatment wonderful. I recommend Dr. Parra to everyone I know.

Dr. Parra has been my urologist for many years and is an excellent physician! He is thorough in reviewing my health, testing and exams. He listens to my questions and explains things in easily understandable terms. He has always been encouraging about my health care and conditions as I age. When a recent issue developed, Dr. Parra offered several treatments for my consideration, explaining all of the benefits and the risks, and helped me make an informed decision for treatment. I feel comfortable with and trust Dr. Parra implicitly ... I know he has my healthcare interests in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Parra!

Dr. Parra's exciment for his profession is reflected in his patients care. I felt that I received the best care from Dr. Parra and his staff.

Explained exactly what the test results showed, and provided a copy for my GP. Super person and takes time to make sure all questions are answered.

I wanted a second opinion (prior to a surgical procedure) andI requested to see Dr Wolters. When checking on status of my request, I was informed that I had been dropped from the entire practice!I have yet to receive any type of official noice of this action. Dr Parra is a fast talker, sometimes difficult to understand.

I feel I can trust the opinions and options laid out to me during my visits and know that he is concerned about my care.

Excellent Doctor, great explanation on the procedure.

As the title says, he's a great doctor. Very easy to talk to, spends enought time with you, and he keeps you informed on what is going on with your issues.

Dr. Parra was to the point and very knowledgeable about the health problem I was experiencing. After obtaining all the data needed, he carefully explained the different ways of treating me. One of the treatments he recommended was surgery, which I chose.
