Bad listener and condescending

Long waits and you can tell by the title. Talks to patients like they are children. Doesn’t listen to patients. Definitely rushes you. She also doesn’t come off as an interested doctor. I’ve given her medical issues and never really get a specific response related to my precise issue. Just usually a head nod and basic level response. Like “lose weight” when my issue is “breathed in toxic fumes and now I can’t breath.” That’s a true story. Now I just use her for annual check ups to get my health insurance discounted because getting into other offices will take a year.

The worst ever doctor seen in my time in USA. she is more busier than president of USA and will not meet patient at all after requesting couple of times and keep sending RN's to cover for her. Please stay away from her as she has got very bad attitude. There is no Zero star other wise would have given it. She is literally there in clinic walks by the room and glance but never came to see.

One of the best doctor I have been too

I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the attitude of this doctor. She always kept patient waiting even though they called me inside and her assistant checked me, she always come 15-20 minutes after that to see the patient. I went for my physical appointment and she charged me twice for the same visit one for physical and another for a regular visit even though we didn’t discuss anything about any other issues. She even didn’t tell me to make another appointment or anything. But charged twice for one physical appointment. They even send the bill after one and half year of the physical appointment. I was completely surprised to see the bill. She can’t charge me twice for one well visit. She is all about doing business in the name of patient care. Such a ruthless person! I talked to UMASS about it but they didn’t take any action regarding this issue. I would recommend to avoid this kind of doctor.

Great Doctor, always very thorough, she takes time with you listens to your concerns, I have been her patient for many years. I am glad she is my doctor she makes you feel comfortable in her office.

Dr. Chakrabarti has been very caring and easy to talk to. She spends the time to look into my health issues and prescribe the best course of action including talking to specialists. She's re-assuring when I'm worried about something.

This physician is absolutely horrible. I was a patient of hers for 3 years and was consistently experiencing difficulties with her. The doctor does not seem to care about what you have to say or how you feel. Frequently makes prescription errors and is overall difficult to get through to.
