Dr. Asia Zaheen, MD

My son had a appointment today with Asia Zaheen. No patient was there when we arrived not a single patient. We was in a room for over a hour without him being seen. He has A deformity in his chest thats now making him very worried and depressed. She is fully aware as she sent for xrays. Been quiet some time since xray and today she literally maliciously didnt attend to him. We had to leave literally coming from Haverhill to North Andover with absolutely never even seeing her. I get home and call the center in North Andover where she is based at. Her staff didnt even know their patient was well aware of him leaving and noone cared. I then was rudely passed on to Asia zaheen herself on the call. The very words i heard from Asia Zaheen which i have video recordings for whoever will like to hear in on .. her words to me were if your not happy take your son elsewhere.. I mean her patient which is my son he only 10yrs old. Couldn’t believe how this is a Medical Doctor literally wit no heart

Dr. Zaheen is no longer at the Marston St practice, she's now in North Andover with her own practice. She often doesn't ask enough questions, just does the basics during checkups. However with a walk in or health issue appointment, she does take care of business. She also sometimes follows up from a separate (personal?) cell number which you can call and actually speak to her. In addition, she has helped me out at no charge from just a phone call.

I been going to Dr Zaheen for many years and find her to be caring and listens to all my concerns. I highly recommend her . Her staff is friendly and very professional as well.

Went in for a new patient visit and physical as one appointment and will not go back. Staff was extremely friendly. However, I only saw her for 5 minutes. She ignored all of my issues and I had to bring up one of my biggest health concerns more than once. As she was about to leave I asked her if she was going to check me for my concern so she checked me for one second gave me a prescription and left.

Dr Zaheen has been my PCP for a long time now and I reccomend her to anyone. She is thorough and cares about her patients. It is also very convenient that I don't need an appointment to see her. Great doctor and very friendly staff.
