The actual procedure wasn't to bad because everyone was kind, nice and reassuring. Sadly my first injection only gave me relief for 36 hours, unfortunately. Now my second injection was a completely different experience, horribly different. When I woke up I REALLY REALLY didn't feel right. I had more pain then I ever did with any injection ever and I have had multiple injections through out my but only 2 from him. Anyway this second injection and what happened was SO PAINFUL it was enough to NEVER EVER go back to him. I ended up in the hospital later the night of my second injection because the Dr told me that a nerve had been hit, which was terrifying because I ended up with what felt like a bolt of lightning striking me in the back of my left side of my neck and all the way down the left side of my body and it caused my arm and my neck to go completely limp but extremely painful extremely painful!! And like I said it was enough for me to never ever go back to that office!

My appointment was for injections into my back for relief of nerve pain in my legs. Dr. Kumar was very gentle, informed me of each part of each injection , and showed and explained the xrays taken during the entire procedure. His assistant, Ashlyn, reassured me at each step, and showed concern for my handling the procedures. A truly great team... I am eternally grateful for their kind care.
