I wanted 1 thing from this doctor, aside from honor and respect in return for same; an order for a CT scan as my surgeon said no to one. Called ahead and mgr checked and said that their surgeons would be fine with that. I stressed I didn't want to spend out of pocket $300 if they won't. I recorded this entire office visit. Not only was the asst rude & uncaring as I am post-surgery from my surgeon, she left me in a huff. He came in. He seemed a good listener @ 1st. He said no to the CT scan and said that he was going to be contacting my surgeon to talk w him and gather info. I said I was misled by the mgr, and I do not want my surgeon to be called. I don't want Ashley to be my dr for anything other than a CT scan and that my surgeon may think ill of me going to another dr. To pls keep this private. He said NO. I said then I do not want to have him do anything. He insisted it was going to happen still. He ordered me out of the office. I was in tears. He bothered my surgeon.

This was my first time being in a hospital. For a Senior citizen that is a great thing. I was fortunate enough while in the hospital to meet Dr Pinette. He took his time and explained every step of the surgery to me and my family. What started out to be a routine surgery turned into a difficult surgery and more problems internally than was expected. There is no test or exam that could have told Dr Pinette what he had waiting for him with my surgery. After 3 hours of surgery Dr Pinette came out and explained everything to my wife . It was a successful surgery and I am getting my stamina back everyday. Dr. Pinette took excellent care of me before & after surgery. With my follow up visit he walked into the room with a smile on his face. He treated me with great respect and wonderful personality. I don’t want another surgery but if I have to I only want Dr. Pinette. A true gentleman and a excellent surgeon. For my first surgery I was so happy to be in the care of him.
