Dr. Asad Cheema, MD

I used to see him 10 years ago. I just went to an appointment on May 31 where he charged me $250 I’m on disability. He told me he would get a hold of me, he never did. I had to get a hold of him and he never did prescribe me anything for pain medication. when I saw him 10 years ago he was giving me Methadone 70 mg. A day. My condition is much worse 10 years later than it was then.

After many years of treating chronic back issues in all kinds of ways and being told I needed a fusion. Which I will NOT do. I had to figure out some way and some place that could help me control my pain. I found Dr cheema and this man gets chronic pain and tries his best to help you in the most appropriate way. I will not take pills so thats out. Dr cheema has given me 4 really effective cortisone shots that were PAINLESS. I got a little physical therapy which I found that to be very helpful and she was knowledgable. All in all I think the name HOLISTIC is quite appropriate because Dr cheema offers alot of diff therapies like acupuncture. The staff is THE BEST. Sarah, Rosie and Meg. I look forward to seeing everyone.

If you're looking for a Doctor that will listen to you, order proper tests and explain his plan to help you, then this is the place to go! His staff is very professional and they keep their schedule as close to your appointment time as possible. There are many different treatments they can offer you that are all on site. He will find what works best for you. I was referred to him by a friend, and in just a few months of trying different treatments, I have peace of mind that I am in the best care possible for me. I have told my family Doctor about Dr. Cheema. He is pleased with the improvement I have shown and told me that he would recommend his other patients that need this kind of help to Dr. Cheema.

This man is incredible!!! Honestly a life saver. I’ve had this persistent pain in my SI joint for years and I’ve had zero luck with a number of other pain management docs. I have gone all over Du Page county and it wasn’t until a friend of mine told me about Dr. Cheema that I decided to give him a shot. I came in for my first visit in November. The people at the front were really welcoming and did a great job and really made the experience that much better. The doc listened to me.

This Place is a joke I had a bicep tendonitis labral debridement & Ac Joint debridement 6 months ago . I'm still in pain and my ortho want to redo the surgery . I was referred to Dr Cheema by my PCP. I made appointment took in all my medical records including pre & post surgery MRI Dr said he would call me for 2nd appointment . This never happen its been 45 days I've called two times to talk with Doctor he refused my calls both times . If your a pain doctor why would you let someone sit in pai

I have been to many pain clinics and have never found one that has helped me the way Dr Cheema has. I trust his opinions 100%. He is an excellent Dr.

Not recommended if you want a good bedside manner dr. If you have no ins. He's in it for the money, not your well being, poor pain management.

my doctor referred me to Dr Cheema when my current doctor left the area. Dr Cheema was very easy to talk with and didn't require any unnecessary tests since I was a new patient. I provided him with my medical history from my previous back doctor and pain management doctor and he agreed with what I felt I needed.It's nice when a doctor actually listens to you! I would recommend him without a hesitation. His staff is absolutely delighful and friendly.
