Extremely unprofessional
My daughter had blood work done.I called the office to see if they had the results, I was told they were waiting for 1 more. 2 weeks pass I called again. I was then told that they didn’t have any results . I was very upset how could they not have any results or information it had been a month. I spoke with the office manager which was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, she wouldn’t let me speak and even hung up on me. I contacted the lab. Results had been sent. Yes, there was only 1 pending but according to the doctor during consultation that test wasn’t a must in case insurance didn’t cover. I asked one of her assistant to have the Dr. call me. Later in the day I got an email instead of a call. She BRIEFLY said my daughter blood result were normal. Even though one of the test results my daughter had a high number for antibodies of possible thyroid cancer. How UNPROFESSIONAL CAN SHE BE. STAY AWAY FROM HER AND HER TERRIBLE OFFICE.

By far, Dr. Poduval is the best pediatric endocrinologist we have seen; and, we have seen several. This was the first practice where you truly felt heard and cared for. There was a large reputable practice in town that was insensitive and treated us like we were just a number…my daughter’s name not remembered, and situation having to be re-read in charts in front of us. Dr. Poduval’s practice feels personal. My teenage daughter, challenged with Hoshimotos and Graves disease, felt safe, confident, and heard by the doctor. Dr. Poduvall honored that she had a voice and had a unique situation. We moved out of state and the office graciously helped us transition and transferred our records immediately. We are so sad that we cannot continue care but know Dr. Poduval did her best when my daughter was under her care.

Dr. Poduval and her office staff truly care about their patients. Dr. Poduval takes her time during the visit, listens carefully, has such vast medical knowledge, and has a wonderful bedside manner! Her office staff is efficient, we didn't wait in the lobby for more than a few minutes. I highly recommend Sonoran Pediatric Endocrinology!!!

We visited Dr Poduval and staff today at Sonoran Pediatric Endocrinology and everyone from the front receptionist, MA and Dr. Poduval were fantastic. Working in the health care field and a hospital myself, I couldn’t have asked for better care! Dr Poduval was better thorough and educational. Thank you! :)

This dr. Doesn’t listen to your chief complaint. She isn’t trying to get down to the problem. She actually didn’t do anything in the appointment except for saying we can re-check the basics (tsh) anything farther she won’t do. I have been dealing with fatigue for about a year and all she can say is Tsh levels, what about the rest? Why is my Atch high and the rest of my blood work not at the proper levels? She didn’t care -and so I would not recommend her if you want a dr to actually do somethin

My experience was extremely negative. I brought my kids in to see the doctor and we didn't even talk to her for more than five minutes. The entire visit wax with the nurse who acted as though she was God's gift to medicine. The egos are big in that office and I don't recommend them. There's a reason why there's no wait to get in.

One of the best doctors, I have ever seen. As a parent of a child with special needs, I am always looking for good doctors. I took my son who has special needs(autism) to see Dr. Poduval and I was very impressed. Great bedside manners, very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen my concerns. She did a thorough history and addressed all my concerns. She was not on hurry to get to the next patient. Dr. Potuval and her staff were great.
