Worst eye care possible in the entire California. Dr. Lu goes on vacation and the office does not even have the simple curtsey to call all the schedule patients to reschedule, but instead to turn all the patients away after they arrive. This is basic curtsey this office can't even understand. See all the other similar appointment related reviews for this office.

Dr nice enough, staff okay, will schedule appt at 2 though gone for lunch from 1 to 2:30, & leave you waiting in exam room (no explanation) for over 30 mins while Dr goes to pick up kid from school. Do NOT figure in & out within 1 hr. Lu does NOT do cataract surgery himself, done by another surgeon in surgery center (same bldg). They also tell you to be in for surgery at 6am when surgeon does not arrive till 8 am, surgery at 8:30! Dr. Lu also INSISTS on pricey name brand Rx no generics tho avail
