Dr Patel was very professional and explained the problem as well as the alternatives to correcting the double vision. Gave me confidence that he would be able to perform the surgery without complications. Also worked with the medical student to show her how to interact with a patient to maximize the allotted time and understand any possible complicating medical issues.

Everything was just perfect. I took a tell and it's just awesome. And this nurse, I can't remember her name, but she was just darling and funny and helpful. And everyone else, from the time I got there to the time I left, it couldn't have been better. S, you have a great staff there. Give them all a raise and a promotion. Thanks. Okay. Bye bye.

Facility is getting busier, causing quite a delay in my appointment time. Provider went above and beyond to assess my current status. Appreciate the attentiveness I experienced. Which in other establishments it's becoming a lost art. Thank-You for a great experience.

The staff was excellent. They did my eye test. They were very kind. They were helpful. And Dr. Patel, I would give him a 20. He is the best doctor I've ever seen. And you're so grateful when somebody like that comes into your life in the medical field that they can take care of you so well. And I really, really appreciate him. And even though I had a little bit of a wait, I would wait for him. It was not a problem. Thank you.

My visit and experience was very good. And pressing those numbers about the staff being helpful, I only thought there was two choices. Everything should have been a four on that. Everything I felt was top-notch. And anyway, that's all I'd like to say. I'm very impressed with Dr. Patel and UCI Medical Organizations there. Thank you.
