Dr. Arash Aminian, MD

Dr Aminian helped my left ankle pain after 16 years of limited walking and visiting with several doctors who offered no solutions. He is an exceptional doctor with real human interest and care for his patients. I highly recommend him.

He is looking out for the best interest of the patient and NOT his wallet. First surgeon immediately recommended surgery. Turns out is would my fractured tibia and fibula are healing just fine without surgery!

Seemed rushed due to a surgical day for this Dr ...basically I was informed my only option is an amputation if he was my treating physician....seems like he wants easy jobs versus more invvolved

He is one of the most amazing surgeons ever. I’ve been living with this ankle pain for years. I needed a full ankle replacement that no other surgeon wanted to do because I’m too young for this type of surgery. But this surgeon says I’m not too young, as I have no quality of life living in so much pain. And he was right, and I’m going to actually be able to walk normal, pain free.

From the first phone call made to the scheduler to the follow up Appointment made at the Office after my evaluation, the whole experience was top notch! Efficient, professional and respectful with a nice dose of the human component that healthcare that greatly missing these days! Friendly staff! Smiles and great energy all around!!! Dr. Aminian is an asset to the community with his great skill and bedside manner! He explained everything in a calm and caring manner while making me feel comfortable, decreasing any anxiety about my situation! Great office, great staff, great care!! Thank you!!

Went for a follow up on an ankle injury. I arrived the recommended 10-15 minutes early to check in and fill out some forms. Was taken in to see the doctor at my scheduled appointment time. The doctor communicated very clearly and made sure I understood the next steps. Staff very courteous and professional.

Outstanding. Dr. Aminian observed and answered all my questions before offering options for my problem. He offered me solutions that I could do using an at home PT exercises and in office cortisone shots. I woke up today dancing because I was pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Aminian for his expertise and professionalism as an orthopedic doctor. (In fact I’m making him my new best friend.)

If you don't want to read this entire review know this, Dr Aminian sent us home without any compassion, or answers, or relief for incapacitating pain in my aunts foot. He said, "There is nothing wrong with her foot." He failed to correctly diagnosis her X-ray that pictured a needle in her Achilles Tendon. She suffered with every step. Dr. Aminian said that she had a bone spur on her heal but that it wasn't a problem, there was nothing wrong with her foot. We couldn't believe it. We looked at her red swollen foot we looked at each other... Please! She clearly has an acute problem with her foot? She can't put any weight on it at all The color drains from her face if she takes a step. You must have an idea what is wrong with her foot? "I have no idea." "There is nothing wrong with her foot." What about the pain? He shrugged his shoulders, reluctantly referred us to a pain management specialist. He wasted our time. Thank goodness her primary care doctor checked the X-rays.

As I stated Dr. Aminian asks you about your concerns and listens to all you have to say. I only had one visit but I was impressed with his sincerity and knowledge of the foot, you see I had a very similar issue with my foot in 2015.

Presents as caring, but behavior shows lack of integrity. Dr Arminian ruined my foot. Stay away- find a different foot doctor

Excellent, he put my sons foot back together after a motorcycle accident and it’s been good ever since Dr is thorough , reassuring and I have referred other people to him

I felt the office was efficient and the staff pleasant. Dr. Aminian was friendly and listened to me. He gave me good advice. I would see him again if needed.

My continuing experience with Dr. Aminian has been excellent. You can tell he is "switched on" and knows what he is doing. He also has a good bedside manner. His staff has been great as well, both medical and business.

My visit with Dr. Aminian was just outstanding. He was knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring, and quickly (and relatively painlessly!) put right a dislocated joint for me. The office, although very busy, functioned more smoothly than any medical office I’d encountered. I was seen very quickly for each step of the process (including being brought back to examination room and imaging). Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient.

Dr Aminian was recommended by another orthopedic surgeon as the “best foot and ankle surgeon in Orange County”. He certainly is the expert. Only complaint is I waited in the exam room for 40 minutes but I still give him 5 stars since the foot/ankle is a difficult place for surgery or correct diagnosis and you really want someone who is an expert at it.

Dr Aminian provided quick, responsive, informative, and helpful care and advice. Excellent follow-up also.

Dr. Aminian is an expert and caring surgeon. His compassionate care and exceptional attention to details have been shown from surgery to different stages of straightening a very deformed foot. I couldn’t have asked for any better treatment than his.
