Dismissive, Combative, and Unprofessional

Dismissive, Combative, and Unprofessional PCP. She tried to take advantage of opportunities to benefit herself during the time I had appointments with her.

Dismissive, combative, not worth going to
The worst annual appt I’ve ever had. Dr Oberoi spent most of the appt staring at a computer screen and when I started to speak about symptoms I was having, she jumped to surgery. It startled me how quick she darted to surgery and when I tried to ask her to take a step back and confirm surgery was my only route and that my symptoms were an exact fit for surgery, she decided I was no longer worth her time. She pointed to a sign at the door that said this conversation is not covered under an annual physical and that we should either stop or she’d have to bill me more. She then handed me a code of conduct policy paper and said we needed to respect each other. I used no foul words, didn’t raise my voice, nothing that would call for a policy check. I do not trust my life in her hands after that.

Dismissive, Combative, and Unprofessional
The doctor was dismissive of issues and syptoms, combative, and uprofessional when noticiably lauging under their mask when describing symptoms and issues. Absolutely disgusted, do no rely on this person for your health care.

I am a new patient. She had seen the x-rays that we're done.So she knows that I had surgery in my neck. Wish I have 2 plates and 6 screws.I have Arthritis in my neck. And she says she doesn't do pain management. So she told me to make an appointment with pain management which I did, I had to go to the ER cause I was in so much pain. When I ran out of the medication, I called her office to see if I can get a refill, and I was told upfront by staff that she would not refill any pain medication. I told them that I did have an appointment with pay management, but it wouldn't be until three more weeks. Then I said, what am I supposed to do? Go back to the er when I already know what's wrong. And they said pretty much because she was not willing to help me.

Horrible
I have had two visits with her and both were horrible. I will never go back!! When I described the reason for the visit, she asked me 'well what do you want me to do about it'. Then I told her I had a question and she said 'not now, I won't answer it now'. Isn't that your job????

Two thumbs down
Doctor is lacking in competency. She gaslights patients.Never takes notes of patients visits & what patient has dictated to her in regards to thier concerns of certain health matters .Does not know enough about how certain health plans & insurance work. Has a condencending attitude . Though a warm & friendly person. I would not recommend her as my doctor.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Went in for neck pain, to establish care and for routine exam (blood/lipid panels and STD testing) . She refers me to physical therapist for neck pain. No real help there, thats fine, I'm also here to get these tests done. Then the bill comes - they coded remaining procedures as non-preventative since "the primary reason of visit was neck pain." Now stuck with a fairly large bill and no help from the billing/coding department after exhausting all avenues.
