Dr. Martin explains everything about each step in her Physical exam and explains what each test result means. She is very thorough and patient with her explanations and was very pleasant, even when asked a ton of questions. Dr. Martin is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and reachable and responds back usually in the same day when texted. If she feels you need a more specific specialist, she makes sure you get a quick referral.

Started with Dr Martin a few months ago. She is very responsive to my questions and always gets back to me right away. I’ve never had such a good experience with a Doctor and the office. It feels good to know Doctor Martin is there to help me.

Dr. Martin is kind, attentive and easy to talk to. On my first appointment she reviewed my current medical issues and concerns and made changes to my medications, which resolved my erratic blood pressure. She referred me for testing that was scheduled and completed quickly. She followed up with me promptly to inform me of the results and any additional tests or referrals she deemed necessary. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I have received over the past month. I highly recommend Dr. Martin. Her office staff is efficient and thorough also.

Dr. Martin is always available when I have a question or concern. She is a great diagnostician and also very caring. I have always been seen at the time of my appointment with no wait. Her office staff are very experienced and kind.

Dr. Martin is the best primary care provider I've ever had. She is very good listener, she is very attentive to a patient complaints and symptoms. She is that kind of doctors, who makes you feel much better immediately after appointment with her.

I had the same primary care physician for 42 years, his entire career, until he retired two years ago. Since then I have tried half a dozen doctors, each worse than the prior. I firmly believe that health care in America is badly broken. You would get far better care in Cuba, say, or India. And for a whole lot less money. Then I found Dr Martin. What a difference. Right from the start her entire practice had a tone and style that I have seen nowhere else. It comes down to dozens of small things that add up to a huge difference from every other practice I know of. Here's just one example: On Dec 24 I was rushed to the ER and from there admitted to a hospital. I listed Dr Martin as my PCP and sent a message to warn her that she might get a call from them. The very next day, she phoned me from home, while on her holiday vacation, to ask how I was. What other doctor would do that? What other doctor even gives you their cell phone number? You won't go wrong with Dr Martin.

Dr. Martin is an excellent Dr. I have been with her for 10years, she has always been helpful and understanding of my medical needs, she will always answer any concerns and is quick to see me on a short notice. I simply love her!!... Nurse Jay is also extremely helpful and friendly. Charlotte is also a pleasure to connect with, Thanks to all!!

Dr Martin forced unnecessary follow up visits just to bill my insurance company and collect $25 copays. None of the follow up visits were needed for refilling a prescription that I have been on for 10 years. She forced me into these unnecessary visits and paying so that I could continue with my daily medication.

UPDATE: After numerous and I mean numerous calls to Dr. Martins office from the patient’s daughter, the rehab, The Managers at the VNA, Dr. Martin’s assistant, Jay called to say Dr. Martin finally approved OT, PT, AND personal care assistant for my 90 year old mother in law. A lot of stress would have been avoided if the staff at Dr. Martin’s office were aware of the urgent out-patient needs of a 90 year old woman . Especially since the medical director of the rehab wrote orders for VNA services that were faxed to Dr. Martin. Shame on you stubborn office staff.

Friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Very helpful with any and all conditions I've come to her with. I would her recommend to everyone I know!
